Law enforcement officers could soon have a way to test for the presence of marijuana in drivers, whether the cannabis has been smoked or consumed in food. Hounds Labs, Inc., of Oakland, Calif., announced on Sept. 14, 2016, its new breathalyzer is being tested in the field, according to an article posted the same day at CBS SF Bay Local.
