Marijuana arrests in the Old Dominion State disproportionately affect black communities, but reform could be on the horizon—officials have launched a Virginia marijuana decriminalization study and they want to hear from the public.
Over the weekend, a Maine medical marijuana dispensary gained national attention after offering a unique reward for community service. Dubbed “Weed for Weeds,” Summit Medical Marijuana, a dispensary in Gardiner, offered free marijuana to legal adults willing to collect trash from around the area.
