On April 20, 2016, the family of reggae legend Peter Tosh announced that it has launched Peter Tosh 420, a company providing cannabis products embodying Tosh’s legacy of spiritual elevation and recreation.

Peter Tosh 420 is a venture between Peter Tosh’s family, Steven Trenk of Lizada Capital LLC and Brian Latture, a veteran of the music and entertainment industries.

“This venture is not just about business, it is about spreading my father’s message of equal rights and justice, while bringing what he believed was a sacred herb to the world and doing good deeds in the process,” said Niambe McIntosh, daughter of Peter Tosh, administrator of Tosh’s estate and President of PT Capital LLC.

Proceeds from every sale of Peter Tosh 420 will be donated to The Peter Tosh Foundation, with proceeds supporting issues such as social justice, education, equality, legalization and additional humanitarian efforts.

There are few names more synonymous with the Cannabis industry than that of Peter Tosh.
